Jón Björnsson trader had built the house in 1926 and drove the same titled shop.
Later there was a shop house painter and has often been called a house painter (Hús Málarans).
The house was also clothingshop operated for many years.
In recent years the restaurant has been in the house and is now Kaffi Sólon.
The building is in total is the classic taste but also could some baroque characteristics.
